About the role
As a Marketing Strategist, you’ll lead campaigns across digital channels and work closely with sales and product marketing to drive demand and optimize performance. You’ll play a key role in developing campaigns, creating assets, and measuring success.

Key Responsibilities :
- Manage digital marketing campaigns across paid search, email, social media, and events.
- Create assets like landing pages, ad copy, and email content to support campaigns.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with product marketing and sales for account-based marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate marketing operations and ensure the efficient use of automation and tech tools.
What We’re Looking For :
- 3-4 years of B2B marketing experience in digital growth, acquisition, or performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, demand generation, and account-based marketing.
- Experience with marketing ops, automation, and digital marketing tools (e.g., CRM, analytics).
- Analytical skills to measure performance and drive decisions.
- Proven project management and collaboration skills.
- A “get things done” attitude and strong communication skills.
